JULY: Unscripted Summer: Social Skills

Does your child need improvement with their social skills? and... Are they creative, funny, and ready to learn improv games and strategies? Dr. Amy Merenda, of Blooming Brains Educational Psychology Inc., is ready to support your child with social skills such as turn taking, perspective taking, and impulse control by creating structured social experiences using theatre based improv skills. Research tells us that social emotional skills are supported best through the arts. Improv specifically sparks creativity and allows students to get outside of the comfort zone, while laughing and learning. When: Group 1: June 11, 18, & 25 from 1:00pm-3:00pm Group 2: July 10, 17, & 24 from 1:00pm-3:00pm Cost: $250 per child (per group) Who: Children ages 8-12
